What is the MLS (Multiple Listing Service)? An MLS is a private offer of cooperation and compensation by listing brokers to other real estate brokers. They are private databases that are created, maintained and paid for by real estate professionals to help their clients buy and sell property. 

Is CLOSER a member of the MLS? Yes, we are! We are members of the One Key Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service which covers Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange, NYC, Long Island, Dutchess, Ulster, and Sullivan counties, the Mid-Hudson Multiple Listing Service which cover Dutchess County exclusively, and of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors.
