  4. Next Steps: We will refer you to a listing agent in the region where you are looking to list your home, or schedule a for sale by owner consultation if you choose to list the home yourself.


This consultation is designed to ensure you feel confident and informed as you move forward in the selling process. You must provide the following at least 48 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment:

  • Video of the property
  • Video of Home describing each room
