The Buyer understands and acknowledges that the Listing Agent is acting exclusively as the Seller’s agent in this transaction. The Buyer has elected to represent himself and is aware that submitting an offer through the Listing Agent’s website does not create an agency relationship between the Buyer and the Listing Agent.
The Listing Agent will not act as a dual agent and will continue to represent the interests of the Seller only. The Buyer is aware that he is entitled to independent representation and may retain an agent of his choice to represent his interests in this transaction.
The Seller’s Agent does not represent the interests of the Buyer. However, in dealings with the Buyer, the Seller’s Agent will:
1. Exercise reasonable skill and care in the performance of the agent’s duties;
2. Deal honestly, fairly, and in good faith; and
3. Disclose all facts known to the agent that materially affect the value or desirability of the property, except as otherwise provided by law.
By submitting an offer through the Listing Agent’s website, the Buyer confirms that he is acting on his own behalf and acknowledges that he is unrepresented in this transaction.
